By virtue of this agreement, Aspire Products & Sales Services (hereinafter referred to as “Firm”) agrees to appoint the applicant as its “Aspire Products & Sales Services” and the applicant agrees to his/her appointment as “Aspire Products & Sales Services” (hereinafter referred to as “Associate”) of the firm on the following terms and conditions:
a) “Aspire Products & Sales Services” means a person appointed by the Firm on a principal-to-principal basis through this Contract to undertake sale, distribution, and marketing of Firm’s products and services. Any Associate may introduce or sponsor another Associate and support them to build their direct selling business.
b) “Aspire Products & Sales Services Contract” shall mean and include:
c) “Effective Date” shall mean the date of submission of the Associate Application Form, subject to approval by the Firm.

c) Each Associate will be assigned a unique ID and shall not operate multiple IDs.
The Firm may reject any application at its discretion if information is incomplete, inaccurate, false, or misleading.
This agreement shall remain valid unless terminated earlier by either party with or without cause.
The Associate shall comply with all Firm policies, laws, ethical standards, confidentiality, non-compete requirements, and shall not make misleading income claims.
The Associate is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, partner, or franchisee of the Firm. All expenses shall be borne by the Associate.
The Associate confirms having read, understood, and agreed to all Firm policies and business plans.
Incentives shall be calculated and paid as per the Firm’s plan, subject to TDS and compliance.
The Associate may cancel this agreement within 30 days and obtain refund subject to return of goods in saleable condition.
The Firm shall replace damaged or defective goods as per Return & Refund Policy.
Any violation of policies may result in termination, forfeiture of incentives, or disciplinary action.
The Firm shall repurchase marketable goods as per its Return & Refund Policy.
The Associate shall indemnify the Firm against any loss arising from breach or misconduct.
The Firm has a grievance redressal mechanism and complaints shall be resolved within 30 days.
Notices shall be sent to the registered address or updated address provided by the Associate.
The Firm or Associate may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai under Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
The Associate declares that he/she has read, understood, and voluntarily agrees to this agreement, and that no enrolment fees have been charged.
