Orders placed are typically shipped the very next business day. Orders placed on Saturday after 2:30 PM will be shipped on the following Monday. Delivery time varies according to the location of customers / Business Associate(s). The average delivery time is between 2 – 7 days.
Delivery of products may not happen on Sundays or on major holidays as per the policy of the delivery partner.
By signing “received” on the delivery note, the recipient(s) acknowledges that the order was received in satisfactory condition. Do not sign in the event of damages or product shortages.
Hidden damages or discrepancies must be notified within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of shipment. Failure to notify Aspire Products & Sales Services within this period shall be considered deemed acceptance of the products.

If the invoice value of a single order is INR 25,000/- or above, the products will be delivered free of cost across India.
Orders below INR 25,000/- will attract shipping charges of INR 80/- per kg of gross weight applicable across India.
Additional courier charges may apply for selected pin codes or under unforeseen circumstances and will be intimated before placing the order.
In case of return, cancellation post-dispatch, or exchange, shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. If free delivery was availed, such charges borne by the Firm will be deducted from the refund amount.
Delivery generally takes 5–10 working days from the date of order confirmation within India, subject to delays caused by governmental authorities or unforeseen circumstances.
If delivery exceeds the stipulated period, the Consumer / Business Associate will be informed accordingly.
The Customer / Business Associate must accept delivery of products in a deliverable state. Refusal or neglect to accept delivery may make the Customer / Business Associate liable.
Aspire Products & Sales Services may evaluate the reason for non-acceptance and decide whether to re-deliver or process refund as per policy. The decision shall be final.
Ownership and risk of loss of the Products shall pass to the Business Associate upon delivery and full payment.
Before accepting delivery, the Customer / Business Associate must ensure that the product packaging is not damaged or tampered.
Any dispute arising out of this Policy shall be referred to a Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Company in accordance with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
The arbitration proceedings and jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Mumbai Courts. The decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
