Aspire Products & Sales Services (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) has adopted the following policy in respect of handling product cancellation, return, exchange and refund of goods. The purpose of this policy is to define the conditions under which goods may be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
The Company focuses on consumer satisfaction and aims to provide quality products. If any consumer is not satisfied with the quality or performance of any product, the same may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to marketability and saleability conditions.
Applicability: This policy applies only to products that are marketable and saleable. Products that are intentionally damaged or misused are not covered under this policy.
Consumer: Any person who has purchased products offered by the Company, including Associates and Retail Customers.
Aspire Associate: A person appointed by the Company on a principal-to-principal basis to sell, distribute and market the Company’s products.
Retail Customer: A person who purchases products through an Aspire Associate.
Refund: Repayment of money.
Buyback / Repurchase: The process by which an Aspire Associate returns previously purchased products to the Company for refund or exchange.
Saleable: Goods that are sealed, unused, unopened, marketable, unexpired, and not discontinued.
If an Aspire Associate wishes to terminate the contract within 30 days of joining, they may return all products purchased from the Company and receive a full refund, provided the products are sealed and saleable.
The Company provides a buy-back guarantee subject to the following conditions:
Only the Aspire Associate who placed the order may return products directly. Retail customers must contact the Associate from whom they purchased the product.
Consumers may email aspireproduct@gmail.com with the reason for return along with a copy of the original invoice.
Returned products may be personally delivered or shipped to the point of sale. Liability remains with the sender until the products reach the Company.
After inspection, refund or exchange will be processed within 7 working days. The Company reserves the right to determine marketability and saleability.
Products will not be accepted for return if:
In case of damaged or inferior products, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
There is no restocking fee. However, original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be made to the original payment source. For cash payments, the consumer must provide valid bank details.
